If you have children, the utmost care is needed for your case. There are specific rules of law that apply to the establishment of parenting plans or modifying a parenting plan already in place. If you are a parent in the middle of a parenting plan dispute, I can help you. My goal is to minimize conflict as much as possible so that you and your children can thrive.

Representation in Court
If your case requires in Court representation, such as motion hearings or trial, I will strongly advocate on your behalf so that your story is heard and understood by the Judge.
Negotiation and Mediation
When it comes to you and your family (in most circumstances), staying out of court is the best thing you can do. Not only is the court process traumatic for many, but the resulting order may not be to your liking. My negotiation training focuses on a solution-oriented approach to the problem(s) at hand. Often, both parties have an interest that can be satisfied, but their thinking becomes clouded with anger or spite toward the other party, leading to prolonged litigation and more money spent. If you want to stop fighting and start living, negotiation and/or attending mediation with me by your side is what you need.
